Section 312.50  Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program Application Process

a)         A completed Scholarship and Fee Waiver application package must include the following:

1)         A transcript of applicant's high school grades through the first semester of the senior year, a copy of the applicant's certificate of high school equivalency and GED test scores, or a copy of the applicant's alternative acceptable high school transcript;

2)         Applicant's college or university transcript, if applicable; and

3)         Three letters of recommendation from persons unrelated to the applicant.

b)         A link to an online application portal for the Department's Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program will be available each year from January 1 to March 31 on the Department's website.
