Section 312.40 Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Scholarship and Fee Waiver Program, applicants must:
a) Meet the definition of a youth for whom the Department is legally responsible, or an adopted youth, or a youth in private guardianship, as those terms are defined in Section 312.20; and
b) Have earned a high school diploma from an accredited institution or a State of Illinois High School Diploma or have met the State criteria for high school graduation, or passed all segments of the GED and earned a certificate of high school equivalency before the start of the school year for which the applicant is applying for the scholarship and waiver.
