Section 2750.20 Applicant Eligibility
A qualified applicant shall:
a) be a resident of Illinois;
b) be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen;
c) be a high school graduate or have received a State of Illinois High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate or equivalent from another state;
d) have earned a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale as a high school graduate with no earned college credits or have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale as a college student with earned college credits. Applicants with a GED or state diploma that do not have a GPA are still eligible to apply;
e) pursue or intend to pursue a qualifying degree;
f) be enrolled at an ISAC-approved institution of higher learning, on at least a half-time basis, in a course of study necessary to secure a qualifying degree; and [110 ILCS 947.65/120]
g) maintain satisfactory academic progress as determined by the institution.
