Sec. 5.99. The Drug Traffic Prevention Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the Drug Traffic Prevention Fund to the State Police Operations Assistance Fund as provided under subsection (i) of Section 6z-82 of the State Finance Act. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
