Sec. 5.963. The State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund.

Sec. 5.963. The State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund. This Fund is dissolved upon the transfer of the remaining balance from the State Police Firearm Enforcement Fund to the State Police Firearm Services Fund as provided under subsection (a-10) of Section 2605-595 of the Illinois State Police Law. This Section is repealed on January 1, 2027.
