(20 ILCS 2310/2310-715.1)

Sec. 2310-715.1. Healthcare strategy and sustainability planning. The Department, under the direction of the Office of the Governor and in coordination with any other appropriate State office, shall engage in health care strategy and delivery planning efforts to determine steps to strengthen safety-net hospitals and other health care systems in pursuit of long-term sustainability.
