| 3 | | on page 1, line 19, by replacing "notify a" with "notify the |
| 4 | | geographically closest"; and

| 5 | | on page 1, line 20, after "Program", by inserting "within the |
| 6 | | State"; and
|
| 7 | | on page 1, line 22, after the period, by inserting "If the |
| 8 | | Department determines that a person or guardian is a member of |
| 9 | | the Illinois National Guard, the Department shall also notify |
| 10 | | the Office of the Adjutant General that there is an allegation |
| 11 | | of abuse or neglect against the parent or guardian that is open |
| 12 | | for investigation.".
