| 7 | | required to purchase more than 42% of the projected annual |
| 8 | | output of the clean coal SNG brownfield facility, with the |
| 9 | | remainder of such utility's obligation to be divided |
| 10 | | proportionately between the other utilities, and provided that |
| 11 | | the Illinois Power Agency shall
further adjust the allocation |
| 12 | | only as required to take into
account adverse consolidation, |
| 13 | | derivative, or lease impacts to
the balance sheet or income |
