| 7 | | Sec. 3b. Wildlife Prairie Park. The Department shall |
| 8 | | compare and generate a report concerning the availability of |
| 9 | | recreational activities within the Wildlife Prairie Park |
| 10 | | between the calendar year 2000 to 2012. The report shall be |
| 11 | | provided to the General Assembly by July 1, 2013.

| 12 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 13 | | becoming law.".
