    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2796, AS AMENDED,

with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.

1, as follows:

on page 2, by replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:

"language other than English is used, the State Board of
