undergraduate education at any

| 18 | or supervision to the children, spouses, and
domestic partners
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 19 | of employees,
including retired employees, of
an Illinois | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 20 | college or university who have been employed
by any one or by | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 21 | more than one Illinois college or university for an aggregate
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 22 | period of at least 7
years.
"Domestic partner" means 2 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 23 | individuals of the same gender who (1) live
together in a | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 24 | long-term relationship of indefinite duration; (2) have
