 1        AN ACT concerning wetlands.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.   The Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989
 5    is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 830/1-1) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 9701-1)
 7        Sec. 1-1.  Short title.  This Act shall be known and  may
 8    be cited as the "Interagency Wetland Policy Act of 1989".
