AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3412 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3412 by replacing 
3line 6 on page 3 through line 11 on page 4 with the following:
4    ""Control" means:
5        (1) the power to vote, directly or indirectly, at 
6    least 25% of the outstanding voting shares or voting 
7    interests of a licensee or person in control of a 
8    licensee;
9        (2) the power to elect or appoint a majority of key 
10    individuals or executive officers, managers, directors, 
11    trustees, or other persons exercising managerial authority 
12    of a person in control of a licensee; or
13        (3) the power to exercise, directly or indirectly, a 
14    controlling influence over the management or policies of a 
15    licensee or person in control of a licensee.
16    For purposes of determining the percentage of a person 
17controlled by any other person, the person's interest shall be 
18aggregated with the interest of any other immediate family

1member, including the person's spouse, parents, children, 
2siblings, mothers-in-law and fathers-in-law, sons-in-law and 
3daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and any 
4other person who shares such person's home."; and
 
5on page 11, by replacing lines 17 through 21 with the 
6following:
7    "payments from payors on the payee's behalf; and
8        (B) payment for the goods and services is treated as".
