AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1866 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1866, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 11, line 22, by replacing "certified" with 
5"certified"; and


 
6on page 11, line 24, after "record", by inserting "or, if in 
7the course of the administrative proceeding the party has 
8previously designated a specific email address at which to 
9accept electronic service for that specific proceeding, by 
10sending a copy by email to the party's email address on  
11record"; and
 
12on page 145, line 24, by replacing "certified" with 
13"certified"; and
 
14on page 146, line 1, after "Department", by inserting "or, if 
15in the course of the administrative proceeding the party has
