| 7 | | "(d) This Section applies to (i) contracts in excess of |
| 8 | | $25,000 for architectural, engineering, or land surveying |
| 9 | | services provided to the Authority; (ii) (i) contracts in |
| 10 | | excess of $100,000 $25,000 for other professional services |
| 11 | | provided to the Authority, including the services of |
| 12 | | accountants, architects, attorneys, engineers, physicians, |
| 13 | | superintendents of construction, financial advisors, bond |
| 14 | | trustees, and other similar professionals possessing a high |
| 15 | | degree of skill; and (iii) (ii) contracts or bond purchase |
| 16 | | agreements in excess of". |
