| 3 | | line 2, after the period, by inserting: "Before a property |
| 4 | | owner may proceed with such installation or use, the property |
| 5 | | owner must first give the association written notice of the |
| 6 | | alleged failure and 10 business days to cure that alleged |
| 7 | | failure. During those 10 business days, the association may |
| 8 | | only adopt the policy statement or process the application; |
| 9 | | the association may not take other action, including, but not |
| 10 | | limited to, seeking injunctive relief, during those 10 |
| 11 | | business days.".
