| 3 | line 22, by inserting after "incarceration" the following:

| 4 | ", excluding any person sentenced to natural life imprisonment | ||||||
| 5 | for a Class X felony violation of criminal sexual assault or | ||||||
| 6 | aggravated criminal sexual assault,"; and
| ||||||
| 7 | on page 7, line 7, by replacing "Victims'" with "Victims and | ||||||
| 8 | victims'".
