Section 640.10  General Provisions

Pursuant to Sections 621 and 622 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1992 (P.L. 102-569) which amend the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Department of Human Services – Office of Rehabilitation Services (DHS-ORS) shall cooperate with the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) of the U.S. Department of Education in the establishment of Projects with Industry (PWI), as appropriate and requested.
