Section 745.230  Information Available to the Public

As required by Section 13-503 of the Act, each telecommunications carrier that maintains a website shall provide, in conspicuous manner, information on the rates, charges, terms, and conditions of service available and a toll-free telephone number that may be used to contact an agent for assistance with obtaining rate or other charge information or the terms and conditions of service.
