SECTION 1455.380 INSTRUCTORS FOR THE SUPERVISOR-TRAINEE CONDITIONAL EDUCATIONCOURSE
Section 1455.380 Instructors for the Supervisor-Trainee Conditional EducationCourse
a) Instructors for the supervisor-trainee conditional education course shall be real estate appraisers who have held the certified residential or certified general credential in any Illinois jurisdiction for at least 3 years.
b) Instructors shall not have received any published disciplinary action regarding their appraisal certificate from any jurisdiction within the previous 3 years of instructing education courses.
