Section 1285.200  Medical Disciplinary Board

The Medical Disciplinary Board (the "Disciplinary Board"), whose powers and duties are set forth in Section 7 of the Act, shall be responsible for all discipline for physicians licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1987 and physician assistants licensed under the Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 [225 ILCS 95].
