Section 200.104  Incomplete Application

If the application does not contain all of the information or documents required under Section 200.101 for evaluation of the application, or if the fingerprint cards or criminal history background check data as originally submitted cannot be processed, the Department shall notify the applicant in writing.  The notification shall specify the additional information or documents necessary to an evaluation of the application, or state that substitute fingerprint cards must be submitted, as the case may be, and shall advise the applicant that the application will be deemed denied unless the information, documents or fingerprint-based data are submitted within 60 days following the date of notification.
