Qualifying Activities for Covered Mortgage Licensees
This list is a non-exhaustive, illustrative list of examples
of activities, where applicable to covered mortgage licensees, that would meet
the criteria for a community development qualifying activity under 38 Ill. Adm.
Code Part 1055 provided the appropriate documentation supports the activity and
meets all requirements set forth in the ILCRA and its implementing rules. The
Department is not endorsing any financial institution, fund, organization,
program, non-profit, or any other entity. By listing activities that may
qualify under 38 Ill. Adm. Code Part 1055, the Department is not making any
determination as to whether the activities listed are safe and sound
