AUTHORITY: Implementing and authorized by Section 1401(1)(D) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300f(1)(D)), Subpart C of the National Interim Primary Drinking Water Regulations (40 CFR 141.21 through 141.30), the Clean Water Act (32 U.S.C. 1251), the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5], and authorized by Section 4(n) and (o) of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act [415 ILCS 5].
