Section 106.702  Applicability

a)         When the Agency terminates an EMSA under Section 52.3-4(b) or (b-5) of the Act, only Section 106.704 applies.

b)         This Subpart, except for Section 106.704, applies to proceedings in which the Board will determine whether to terminate an EMSA.
