Section 5125.110  Rulemaking Procedures

a)         Presentations by the Chancellor of the Southern Illinois University System and the Presidents.

1)         The Chancellor of the Southern Illinois University System may place any item on the Board agenda which he determines should be presented.

2)         The Presidents shall present items to the Board of Trustees through the Chancellor.

3)         The Chancellor shall establish and publish deadlines for items for the Board agenda.
