Section 255.100 Purpose
The purpose of this Part is to establish criteria and procedures substantively similar to 40 CFR 51, Subpart W whereby Federal agencies required to make conformity determinations of Federal actions to Illinois' air quality implementation plans may consult and coordinate with the IEPA.
