    AN ACT concerning public aid.
  
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:
  


 
    Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended  by 
changing Section 16-7 as follows:
 
    (305 ILCS 5/16-7)
    Sec. 16-7. Program termination. The provisions of this 
Article are inoperative on and after June 30, 2022 2019.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
