    AN ACT concerning employment.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:


 
    Section 5. The Day and Temporary Labor Services Act is 
amended  by adding Section 96 as follows:
 
    (820 ILCS 175/96 new)

    Sec. 96. Day and temporary labor service agency; recovery 
of attorney's fees and costs. A day and temporary labor service 
agency may recover attorney's fees and costs in a civil action 
brought by the day and temporary labor service agency against a 
third-party client for breach of contract by the third-party 
client in relation to services provided by the agency to the 
third-party client if the plaintiff prevails in the lawsuit.
 

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
