AN ACT concerning capital development.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended by |
reenacting and changing Section 9.02a as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 3105/9.02a) (from Ch. 127, par. 779.02a)
|
(This Section is scheduled to be repealed on June 30, 2008)
|
Sec. 9.02a. To charge contract administration
fees used to |
administer and process the terms of contracts awarded by this
|
State. Contract administration fees shall not exceed
3% of the |
contract amount. This Section is repealed June 30,
2012 2008.

Section 10. The State Finance Act is amended by reenacting |
and changing Sections 5.237 and 6z-19 as follows:

Sec. 5.237. The Capital Development Board Revolving
Fund. |
This Section is repealed June 30, 2012 2008.

Sec. 6z-19. Capital Development Board Revolving Fund; |
Payments Into
and Use. All monies received by the Capital |
Development Board for
publications or copies issued by the |
Board, and all monies
received for
contract administration |
fees, charges or
reimbursements owing to
the Board
shall be |
deposited into a special fund known as the Capital Development
|
Board Revolving Fund, which is hereby created in the State |
Treasury. The
monies in this Fund shall be used by the Capital |
Development Board, as
appropriated, for expenditures for |
personal services, retirement, social
security, contractual |
services, legal services, travel, commodities,
printing, |
equipment, electronic data processing or telecommunications.
|
Unexpended moneys in the Fund shall not be transferred or |
allocated by the
Comptroller or Treasurer to any other fund, |
nor
shall the Governor authorize the transfer or allocation of |
those moneys to any
other fund.
This Section is repealed June |
30, 2012 2008.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
