    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:


 
    Section 5. The Sexually Dangerous Persons Act is amended  by 
adding Section 4.03 as follows:
 
    (725 ILCS 205/4.03 new)

    Sec. 4.03. Mental disorder.  "Mental disorder" means a 
congenital or acquired condition affecting the emotional or 
volitional capacity that predisposes a person to engage in acts 
of sexual violence.
