| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | ARTICLE 1

| 5 | | Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof |
| 6 | | as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects and |
| 7 | | purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the Illinois |
| 8 | | Workers' Compensation Commission Operations Fund to the |
| 9 | | Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission: |

| 5 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers' |
| 6 | | Compensation Commission Operations Fund to Illinois Workers' |
| 7 | | Compensation Commission for costs associated with the |
| 8 | | establishment of the Medical Fee Schedule and other provisions |
| 9 | | of the Workers' Compensation Act.

| 10 | | Section 10. The amount of $9,000, or so much thereof as may |
| 11 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Workers' |
| 12 | | Compensation Commission Operations Fund to Illinois Workers' |
| 13 | | Compensation Commission for costs associated with the |
| 14 | | establishment, administration and operations of the Insurance |
| 15 | | Compliance Division of the workers' compensation anti-fraud |
| 16 | | program administered by Illinois Workers' Compensation |
| 17 | | Commission.

| 18 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 19 | | 2025. |
