Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review Board for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, as follows:

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 1. The following named amounts, or so much thereof |
| 6 | | as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated to meet |
| 7 | | the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner Review |
| 8 | | Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026: |
| 9 | | PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND |
| 10 | | For Personal Services.............................3,116,100 |
| 11 | | For State Contributions to |
| 12 | | Social Security....................................238,400 |
| 13 | | For Contractual Services............................275,100 |
| 14 | | For Travel..........................................119,500 |
| 15 | | For Commodities.......................................2,600 |

| 22 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |

| 1 | | Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for operating costs and |
| 2 | | expenses including but not limited to court orders, consent |
| 3 | | decrees, and settlements.

| 4 | | Section 10. The amount of $185,000, or so much thereof as |
| 5 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Prisoner Review |
| 6 | | Board Vehicle and Equipment Fund to the Prisoner Review Board |
| 7 | | for all ordinary and contingent expenses of the Board, but not |
| 8 | | including personal services.
|
| 9 | | Section 15. The amount of $1,000,000, or so much thereof |
| 10 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 11 | | Fund to the Prisoner Review Board for costs associated with |
| 12 | | providing legal counsel and operational expenses.
|
| 13 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
| 14 | | 2025. |
