| 4 | | the Rules of the House of Representatives of the 104th General |
| 5 | | Assembly are amended by changing Rule 39 as follows:

| 6 | | (House Rule 39) |
| 7 | | 39. Reproduction and Distribution. The Clerk shall cause |
| 8 | | any bill, amendment, or resolution, filed with or received by |
| 9 | | the Clerk, whether originating in the House or the Senate, and |
| 10 | | any other measure subject to this Rule to be reproduced and |
| 11 | | distributed to the members. Reproduction and distribution may |
| 12 | | be done electronically, either via email or publication on the |
| 13 | | General Assembly website, or the Clerk may establish a method |
| 14 | | that any member may use to secure a copy. |
| 15 | | Within 24 hours after adjournment of a committee or task |
| 16 | | force meeting, the Clerk shall make accessible on the General |
| 17 | | Assembly website any audio recording of a meeting required by |
| 18 | | these Rules. |
