| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Pesticide Act is amended by adding |
| 5 | | Section 13.7 as follows:

| 6 | | (415 ILCS 60/13.7 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 13.7. Ban on sale and use of ester formulations of |
| 8 | | 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. It shall be a violation of the |
| 9 | | Act to sell or use any product containing ester formulations |
| 10 | | of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. |
