Biography: First elected to the Senate in 2006. Noland received his Associate's Degree from Elgin Community College; his Bachelor's Degree and MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago; and law degree from John Marshall Law School. Served as a corpsman in the U.S. Navy at Great Lakes Naval Hospital. Community volunteer with local organizations protecting the environment and assisting homeless people. Resides in Elgin with his wife, Veronica, and their two children.
