AN ACT to amend the Regulatory Sunset Act.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
adding Section 4.21 as follows:
(5 ILCS 80/4.21 new)
Sec. 4.21. Act repealed on January 1, 2011. The
following Act is repealed on January 1, 2011:
The Radiation Protection Act of 1990.
(5 ILCS 80/4.11 rep.)
Section 10. The Regulatory Sunset Act is amended by
repealing Section 4.11.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
