    AN ACT regarding appropriations.

    Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section  1.  The  following  named  amounts,  or  so much
thereof as may be necessary, respectively,  are  appropriated
to meet  the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Prisoner
Review Board:
              PAYABLE FROM GENERAL REVENUE FUND
  For Personal Services ........................ $    734,100
  For Employee Retirement Contributions
   Paid by Employer ............................       35,100
  For State Contributions to State
   Employees' Retirement System ................       71,300
  For State Contributions to
   Social Security .............................       56,100
  For Contractual Services .....................      166,000
  For Travel ...................................       95,000
  For Commodities ..............................       22,200
  For Printing .................................        8,700
  For Equipment ................................       35,200
  For Electronic Data Processing ...............       30,100
  For Telecommunications Services ..............       15,700
  For Operation of Auto Equipment ..............       23,400
    Total                                          $1,292,900

    Section  99.   Effective  date.  This Act takes effect on
July 1, 1999.
