Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 25. The Governors State University Law is amended by repealing Section 15-80.

Section 30. The Illinois State University Law is amended by repealing Section 20-80.

Section 40. The Northern Illinois University Law is amended by repealing Section 30-80.

Section 45. The Western Illinois University Law is amended by repealing Section 35-80.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
