ENERGY ASSISTANCE-INCOME LEVEL                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Energy Assistance Act  of  1989.   Provides  that  the      
   eligibility  level  for  assistance  may not be higher than 60% of the      
   State median income for a family of 4 (instead of 150% of the  federal      
   nonfarm poverty level).
