UNLICENSED CHILD CR-CRIM PEN                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Child  Care  Act  of  1969.   Increases  the  criminal      
   penalty  for conducting, operating, or acting as a child care facility      
   without a license or permit on or after January 1, 2004 to a  Class  4      
   felony.
