Short description: 
VEH CD-RECKLESS HOMICIDE                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Illinois  Vehicle  Code.   Provides  that  a  person      
   sentenced to prison for reckless homicide shall not  be  permitted  to      
   drive  until  24  months  after  the  date  of his or her release from      
   prison.  Provides that the 24  months  does  not  commence  until  the      
   expiration of any period of mandatory supervised release or parole.         
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Deletes language providing that the 24 months does  not  commence      
   until  the expiration of any period of mandatory supervised release or      
   parole.
