Amends various Act to abolish the following governmental entities: (1) the Advisory Board of Livestock Commissioners; (2) the State Board of Health; (3) the Illinois Advisory Council on Alcoholism and Other Drug Dependency; (4) the Technology Innovation and Commercialization Grants-In-Aid Council; (5) the Advisory Committee on Geriatric Services; (6) the AIDS Advisory Council; (7) the Fine Arts Review Committee; (8) the Illinois Venture Investment Fund; (9) the Illinois Anti-Crime Advisory Council; (10) the Governor's Council on Health and Physical Fitness; (11) the Governor's Health and Physical Fitness Advisory Committee; (12) the task force established in the Minority Males Act; (13) the Illinois Education Council; (14) the Advisory Board for Services for Persons Who are Deaf-Blind; (15) the Community and Residential Services Authority; (16) the Chicago Community Schools Study Commission; (17) the Health Care Worker Task Force; (18) the Policy Advisory Council established in the Energy Assistance Act of 1989; (19) the Illinois Affordable Housing Commission; (20) the Infant Mortality Reduction Advisory Board; (21) the Alzheimer's Disease Advisory Committee; (22) the Hazardous Materials Advisory Board; (23) the Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service; and (24) the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Task Group. These entities are abolished on December 31, 2002. Effective immediately.
