RAUSCHENBERGER.

   305 ILCS 5/5-5.04 new                                                       

        Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that  for  hospital      
   inpatient  and  outpatient  services  provided on or after December 1,      
   2001 under the Medicaid program, the Illinois Department of Public Aid      
   shall reimburse hospitals using payment rates that are  no  less  than      
   the payment rates in effect for each hospital as of November 30, 2001.      
   Effective immediately.
