ROSKAM. (DANIELS) 705 ILCS 105/27.2 from Ch. 25, par. 27.2 Amends the Clerks of Courts Act. Provides that in counties having a population in excess of 500,000 inhabitants but less than 3,000,000 inhabitants and in relation to units of local government and school districts in counties with more than 3,000,000 inhabitants, for each page of hard copy print output, when case records are maintained on an automated medium, the circuit clerk is entitled to a minimum fee of $1 (rather than $4). SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything. Reinserts the provisions of the bill but updates the Section amended to reflect the changes made by P.A. 92-521.
