   New Act                                                                     

        Creates the O'Hare International Airport Expansion Property Tax        
   Impact Study Act. Provides that the purpose of the Act is to direct a       
   study analyzing the impact of the expansion of O'Hare International         
   Airport on property tax paid to units of local government surrounding       
   the airport. Effective immediately.
