RADOGNO. 40 ILCS 5/5-129.1 new 30 ILCS 805/8.25 new Amends the Chicago Police Article of the Illinois Pension Code to provide a new retirement benefit formula for persons who are required to withdraw from service with less than 20 years of service due to reaching mandatory retirement age. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
