Provides that a deduction for the payment of State claims from pension annuity payments made under the Illinois Pension Code may not exceed 25% of the net amount of the payment. PENSION NOTE (PENSION LAWS COMMISSION) SB 137 has no fiscal impact on the State, as the deduction is taken from an annuity payment. The annuitant bears the cost.
