P.A. 91-706, Art. 75, Sec. 1151 Amends Public Act 91-706 to provide that money appropriated to the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs (DCCA) for a grant to the Community Mental Health Council for training of State of Illinois employees on violence prevention is instead appropriated to DCCA for a grant to the Department of Human Services for the Community Mental Health Council for training of employees on violence prevention.
