OSMOND. 215 ILCS 5/551 from Ch. 73, par. 1065.101 Amends the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund Article of the Illinois Insurance Code in regard to a stay of proceedings involving an insolvent insurer. Provides that a stay is mandatory for 120 days plus any additional period of time determined by the trial court to be necessary. Sets forth procedures for implementation of the stay. Effective immediately.
